Customer Success Manager

Tryane is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join its Sales team. Based in Paris and reporting to the CEO, you will manage a portfolio of new and existing customers and serve as the main point of contact for the customers during their entire lifecycle with Tryane. You will: - Own overall relationship with assigned clients - Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients - Aid clients in achieving their goals - Onboarding new customers and stakeholders - Keeping your pipeline and sales forecasts up to date. - Meeting and exceeding quarterly KPIs and renewal targets.
